KAY and ME Launch Party

Even though she has been a doula, mental health therapist & yoga teacher for years, she is bringing her passions together under one name: K.a.y. & M.e.!

This launch party will be in celebration of Kaleigh's new business and will be all things community, wellness & fun!

6pm, Meet, Greet and Eat: Meet various artists & wellness providers, participate in raffles held by small businesses, sample food from local artisans & bakers & meet Kaleigh Mancha, owner of K.a.y. & M.e.

7pm, Community Wellness Panel Q&A: Ask questions about all things wellness in a live panel discussion. Panelists include: Kaleigh Mancha [Marriage & Family Therapist Intern + Labor & Postpartum Doula + Body Positive Yoga Teacher], Michael Agwara [Personal Trainer at Real Results Fitness + Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist], Lance McGowan [Natural Solutions Educator + Wellness Youtuber + Essential Oils Enthusiast] & special surprise guest!

8pm, Glowga Yoga Class: Do good, feel good! Enjoy a 60 minute glow in the dark yoga class led by Kaleigh Mancha, with music by local artist & social worker Chris Hathaway! All proceeds from the class will fund doula services for a birthing person or family who otherwise would not be able to afford such support.
